Joining the CIF

The Construction Industry Federation (CIF) has worked around the clock keeping Ireland’s construction industry up to date with the latest information on COVID-19 compliance and promoting adherence to best practice while also preparing multiple resources for the imminent return to site on 18 May.

If you have considered joining the CIF and are not a member now is the time. More than ever up to date expert advice is going to be one of the most effective tools in your toolbox.

The CIF team of experts have unparalleled experience and expertise providing guidance to members on the full range of issues.

CIF Director General Tom Parlon released a message for the industry urging membership of the CIF. “The CIF’s 1,500 members benefit from the decades of accumulated knowledge and networks, our staff have developed within the industry, the public sector and internationally,” said Tom.

“We are a not-for-profit membership body and a federation of trade associations representing every sector in the Irish construction industry. This allows us to provide world-class expertise and service to our members at a fraction of the cost of professional service organisations, consultancies and legal firms.”

If you, or any of your subcontractors/supply chain partners are interested in benefiting from being part of the Construction Industry Federation, please contact Bernadine Walsh, or learn more by clicking here.

The CIF has produced a ‘Back to Work Resource Pack’ for construction. Contractors are urged to review and familiarise themselves with the document and implement the guidance.
