DPS Awarded Engineers Ireland CPD Accredited Employer Standard

DPS Engineering has been awarded the Engineers Ireland CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Accredited Employer standard.

The multi-disciplinary engineering and project management company recognises the importance of CPD in attracting, retaining and developing people in all areas of the business. It enables the global organisation to continuously improve its processes, to achieve business objectives and prepare for future challenges.

 

With a current focus on the life science industry including pharmaceutical & biopharmaceuticals and advanced technology sectors, Irish owned DPS Engineering provides professional services in process engineering design and project management spanning multiple sectors. Over the last three years the company’s workforce has grown by 50% and turnover has increased by 35%.  DPS has driven expansion of its operations across the European, Irish and the US market and employs over 900 personnel across its many locations.

At the parchment presentation, Caroline Spillane, director general of Engineers Ireland congratulated DPS on achieving the accredited standard and said, “DPS Engineering has experienced impressive growth in recent years and its continued expansion is dependent on a highly skilled, creative and agile workforce.
