Joining Grant will be Sabrina Mackin who has spent the last six years’ in CBRE’s London office where she was an Associate Director and previously worked at EC Harris and Watts. Mackin will join Malcolm Hollis as senior associate.

Malcolm Hollis senior partner, John Woodman, says: “We have seen activity in our Ireland offices picking up considerably over the last six months and both appointments will bring with it considerable experience both in building surveying and the local market. To be able to bring someone like Tony Grant over from CBRE demonstrates the formidable reputation that our team in Ireland has established. Tony and Sabrina will help us take it to that next level.”

Tony Grant says, “Whilst many firms spent the last six years running away from Ireland, Malcolm Hollis stood strong and continued to cement its position as one of the top independent commercial consultancies. The team already has an enviable list of clients, from local investors to the likes of M&G, Aviva Investors and Legal & General. I look forward to being able to help the firm build on that and continue its growth.”
