William Fry appointments 3 new partners

Law firm William Fry today has today announced the appointment of Cliona Donnelly, Eibhlin O’Donnell and Catherine O’Flynn as partners.

O’Donnell, who joined the firm in 2003, is a member of the banking and financial services department and specialises in secured and unsecured lending transactions, acquisition finance, asset finance, property finance, syndicated loans and debt restructuring.

O’Flynn, who joined the firm in 2001 and is in the employment and benefits department, specialises in equality legislation and presenting cases to the Employment Appeals Tribunal, the Labour Court, the Equality Tribunal and the Rights Commission.

And Donnelly, a tax specialist, has over 10 years’ experience in advising clients in tax structuring including corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and is also a key member of the firm’s foreign direct investment group. Source: Business and Leadership
